The OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes has awarded Luxembourg a “largely compliant” rating in its newly released report on compliance ratings on tax transparency.

The second draft of the Directive (MiFID 2), passed in 2014 but not to be implemented until 2017, aims to address areas that remain opaque. This review applies to all financial instruments. So the directive will revolutionise the whole value chain, including design and marketing.
