Surely now is the time for the World to recognise that we are at War with Climate Change and it is necessary NOW to form a global non political War Cabinet to help lead the humain race in its struggle to change, not just to talk about it but to LEARN or educate, to really take and endorse the global decisions to CHANGE and to ensure that those decisions are put into ACTION.
