1) Practise what you Preach
2) Live sustainably, it does not cost money it only takes effort and thought
3) Think about what you are buuying, do not become a Hyper Consumer, for example never wearing the same article or collecting 300 pairs of shoes
4) Always try to repair things before sending them to landfill, it is positive and satisfying and of course saves you money
5) Compaign against the production of poor quality items that break and need to be replaced
6) Explain to others that the sustainability 'religion' does not cost them any money which is often the concern
