We cannot condone an oil spill, even though accidents of all sorts happen in the best regulated households/ countries etc. However don't you think it is time and that we are perfectly able to ensure that industry is not situated close to precious waterways? Nuclear plants too close to the sea, Industrial drainage into our lakes etc., etc?
