Matt has 20 years extensive international experience in the interaction of "Fin" and "Tech". Having worked in a variety of environments, Matt has worked with some of the largest companies in Europe, as well as assisting smaller companies to grow and achieve their ambitious growth aspirations.

Being no stranger to innovation Matt has implemented many of the services we take for granted today, including online letter and parcel tracking services in the mid-90s, internet banking in the millennium, and in 2012 delivering the award winning PaschiCombo card described as "the world's most innovative payment card". Since then Matt has managed a 1M€ collaboration partnership with the University of Luxembourg interdisciplinary centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) which has produced groundbreaking results.

Recognised as an expert in existing and emerging technologies and their impact on business strategies, Matt helps to identify solutions based on paradoxical technologies that have disruptive impact on business models. Through a deep understanding of the value chain, Matt has the imagination to link technology and solutions, and to prototype and experiment in an ecosystem that has the potential for financial and regulatory innovation. Matt regularly interacts with key parts of the innovation ecosystems both in Luxembourg, and further afield.
